Refund Policy
PMP Blended Programme:
Refunds for the PMP Blended Programme are only provided in instances of PMP application rejection. Beyond these specific circumstances, no refunds are given for the PMP Blended Programme. Additionally, refund eligibility is subject to the terms outlined in our PMP Application Review and Rewrite policy.
PMP Application Review and Rewrite:
If we write your PMP application gets rejected, we will thoroughly review the reasons given by PMI for the rejection and make necessary revisions to your application. If your PMP application is rejected even after the second submission, you will receive a refund of 50% of the review and rewrite fees. Kindly note that if you make changes to your PMP application after we write it, we are not responsible for the rejection; hence, no refunds will be issued.

Additionally, once you engage the PMP Application review and rewrite service, no refunds are provided.
FCAS (Scrum) certification:
There are no refunds once the FCAS certification exam is purchased. If you fail the FCAS certification exam twice, you will need to buy it again and pass the exam to obtain the certification.
Further, if you have registered for the FCAS certification exam via Udemy and request a refund from Udemy, then you will need to pay an additional $5.99 USD towards the Agile Scrum Foundations course to obtain the FCAS certification
FCKB (Kanban) certification:
There are no refunds once the FCKB certification exam is purchased. If you fail the FCKB certification exam twice, you will need to buy it again and pass the exam to obtain the certification.
Further, if you have registered for the FCKB certification exam via Udemy and request a refund from Udemy, then you will need to pay an additional $4.99 USD to obtain your FCKB certificate.
FCDO (DevOps) certification:
There are no refunds once the FCDO certification exam is purchased. If you fail the FCDO certification exam twice, you will need to buy it again and pass the exam to obtain the certification.
Further, if you have registered for the FCDO certification exam via Udemy and request a refund from Udemy, then you will need to pay an additional $4.99 USD to obtain your FCDO certificate.
BAF (Business Analysis) certification:
There are no refunds once the BAF certification exam is purchased. If you fail the BAF certification exam twice, you will need to buy it again and pass the exam to obtain the certification.
Further, if you have registered for the BAF certification exam via Udemy and request a refund from Udemy, then you will need to pay an additional $8.99 USD to obtain your BAF certificate.
POF (Product Owner) certification:
There are no refunds once the POF certification exam is purchased. If you fail the POF certification exam twice, you will need to buy it again and pass the exam to obtain the certification.
Further, if you have registered for the POF certification exam via Udemy and request a refund from Udemy, then you will need to pay an additional $4.99 USD to obtain your POF certificate.
CareerSprints Premium Site Membership:
Refunds for CareerSprints Site membership are allowed only when purchased at the full price on the official CareerSprints website. The refund request must be made within 24 hours of purchase. However, if you have obtained the CareerSprints Premium Site membership through a promotional offer (such as a discounted rate for a 2-year subscription), no refund will be issued.
