At CareerSprints.com, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and support to help you achieve success in passing the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification exam. Our PMP Blended Programme is designed to offer personalized assistance and guidance tailored to your individual needs.

This refund policy applies to all students who enroll in the PMP Blended Programme directly or upgrade to the PMP Blended Programme after taking the PMP Application Review and Rewrite Service.

The PMP Blended Programme is a personalized service-based programme. This means that your coach is there to help you every step of the way. This means that once you have enrolled in the PMP Blended Programme and commenced any portion of the services offered, including but not limited to accessing program materials such as videos or tests, accessing any coaching support such as via Zoom calls, Texts/WhatsApp or Phone calls or utilizing support resources, you are NOT eligible for a refund.

Voluntary Withdrawal:

​

If you choose to withdraw from the program for any reason after enrolling and initiating engagement with the services provided, you will NOT be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

Initiating engagement means participating in Zoom calls with the coach to receive orientation with course videos or materials or receiving additional written advice via texts, WhatsApp, or emails on how best to utilize the resources or solve test questions.

Unsatisfactory Progress:

​

If you believe that the program has not met your expectations despite your active participation, we encourage you to reach out to our team for additional assistance. Please submit a written request detailing your concerns and efforts made to utilize the program resources effectively.

Our team is here to provide support and guidance, and we would be more than happy to assist you in addressing any challenges you may encounter during your PMP preparation journey.

Accountability and Responsibility:

​

We understand the importance of accountability in maintaining a consistent study routine. However, please note that the program requires individual participants to engage with the provided materials and resources at their own pace, with support and guidance from a coach. Ultimately, the student is accountable for progress.

Additional Support:

​

Upon receipt of your request for additional support, our coaches will work with you to identify areas where additional support may be beneficial. This may include:

​

• More frequent reviews with your coach to track progress and address challenges promptly.

• Tailored study plans and personalized advice on optimizing the use of provided materials.

• Access to supplementary resources and materials to further reinforce your understanding.

• Continuous guidance and suggestions from your coach to refine your preparation strategies and address specific areas of concern effectively.

Should you encounter challenges or require additional guidance during your PMP preparation journey, we encourage you to reach out to our coaching team for assistance.

 

Live classes inclusion with PMP Blended Programme

 

It's important to clarify that while live classes are available as a supplemental benefit/add-on, the primary structure of the program revolves around self-paced materials. These live classes are designed to complement the self-paced resources and provide additional support and guidance to participants. However, the core responsibility for engaging with the provided materials and making progress in your studies remains with the individual participant.

 

Commitment to Support:

Our team remains dedicated to providing ongoing support and assistance to all participants. Should you encounter challenges or require additional guidance during your PMP preparation journey, we encourage you to reach out to our coaching team for assistance, and they will be more than happy to help you.

 

In all other circumstances, CareerSprints's decision to grant a refund is solely at its discretion. We will carefully assess each request and determine whether a refund will be provided.

 

Note: By enrolling in the PMP Blended Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this additional assistance policy.

Application Rejections:

​

Refunds for the PMP Blended Programme are only provided in instances of PMP application rejection. Beyond these specific circumstances, no refunds are given for the PMP Blended Programme. Additionally, refund eligibility is subject to the terms outlined in our PMP Application Review and Rewrite policy.
